The session is a flat $4,500. That covers everything — the audit, the demonstration, the roadmap, and 30 days of follow-up access. The only variable is travel outside the Tampa area.
Travel policy. Tampa Bay area sessions have no travel fee. Sessions outside Tampa include a flat $500 travel fee plus flights and hotel at cost. All travel is confirmed before booking.
Team size. Sessions are built for teams up to 20 people. Larger teams are scoped on a call — the format changes, and so does the investment.
